THE STORY
I'm a strategic finance leader with 20+ years across investment banking, corporate development, and finance transformation — for PE-backed, middle-market, and multi-entity businesses in industrials, manufacturing, technology, professional services, and CPG. That work has spanned corporate development at GE and The Coca-Cola Company, investment banking, CFO advisory and boutique finance-transformation practices.
I step in as embedded finance leadership — partnering with the existing CFO, or stepping into the seat directly when there isn't one — to clean up the books, rebuild reporting and forecasting, accelerate the close, and design the finance operating model a business needs to scale and compound value.
That work runs straight through the deal cycle: M&A and readiness, and post-merger integration, due-diligence and quality-of-earnings preparation, and the value-creation tracking that keeps a business exit-ready.
My discipline is simple: diagnose where value is leaking, design the cadence, tools and controls that close the gap, execute inside management routines, and build lasting capability that holds after I'm gone.
